Loved the app but now it crashes iOS8. Please fix so I can use it again:(

Worked well enough in iOS 7 but fails to open now that I’ve upgraded to iOS 8. Uninstalled and re-installed to no avail. Submitted a ticket with them a few days ago but nothing back. Very unimpressed - won’t be using it anymore.

Ive been using this app for quite some time and like it a lot. However it doesnt work with ios8 and crashes immediately.

It is not compatible with iOS8, just crashes when trying to launch. Do not download this app if you have iOS8.

Ive enjoyed this app very much but it does not work now. I cant even open it. Im thinking its because of iOS 8. Please update it ASAP. I have some important information stored in this app.

I used to work with docscanner because that app had a great batch scanning process. But that app went to crap because they kept changing the way it worked. So I thought maybe this app was going to be similar, given that its feature set is really a carbon copy of docscanner. Even some of the dialogs were the same, even to the point where they forgot to skin them to blend in with piikki so they looked exactly like the ones in docscanner. In one word, piikki is useless to you if you scan more than one thing every few days. If youre serious about scanning receipts, the multiple step process will have you wasting so much time youre better off using a flatbead scanner. On top of this, it is not compatible with iOS 8. That goes to show how much time the developer puts into the product and its viability. iOS developers have access to beta versions of upcoming releases for free from the beginning. Its been more than 4 months since the developer could have updated the code. Take it from me, spend your money elsewhere.

I didnt read the App Store reviews since I had already heard a lot about this app from other websites, praising it for its capabilities. Unfortunately the app does not run for more than about 1 second on iOS 8. Considering the iOS 8 beta has been out for around 4 months, you would think that the application would be either updated or pulled from the store since I just wasted several dollars. The website is offline and only has a small piece of text saying "under maintenance" in the upper left corner. READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING. This app is inoperable, the website is down, and there is no information from the developer as to when this application will be working again. Dont buy this app and do not support awful business practices such as these.

I liked the app and used it regularly. Since IOS 8 was implemented it has crashed and will not open. I lost critical data and the company is not available for assistance. Do not buy or use app until a permanent fix is implemented. Even then I would be wary of losing data in the future.

Before was a great product but now is just garbage. The developer dont answer complains and apple dont do anything for you. I lost all my Information and now I need al my invoices again from each store. VERY UPSET WITH THIS DEVELOPER

This was a GREAT app until iOS 8. Now it will not open, meaning I will have to go back and manually create the spreadsheets Piikki was supposed to create for me. Thankfully I saved the images outside the app.

I have an iPhone 6 and… ● I had to restart the app 3 times before it would function. ● There appears to be a 15 second timer running between each step of the process. ◦ Snap a pic, wait 15 seconds before the next screen appears. ◦ Tap the "use" button, wait 15 seconds before the next screen appears.
